Your Legacy, Their Escape: Give Families the Gift of Joy at Sea

Our mission

For families facing the challenges of a rare disease, the financial burden of complex medical care often makes a family vacation feel out of reach. Sponsoring a trip for these families goes beyond a gift—it’s a chance to bring joy, create cherished memories, and offer a much-needed break from the weight they carry daily. By supporting a cruise experience, you’re helping these families embrace moments of fun, connection, and relaxation that every family deserves.

With accessible travel options, cruises let families create unforgettable memories while connecting with others. Sharing this experience builds bonds, renews hope, and empowers us to rise beyond challenges.

Getting on the ship is only part of the journey; for many, the logistics of reaching the port are stressful and costly. Your sponsorship can help cover any expense involved in this group cruise, including air and ground transportation, hotel nights, and the cruise itself.

Rare At Sea is a transformative experience for families living with rare diseases. By sponsoring this unique event, you help create moments of joy, support, and connection that extend far beyond the horizon.

How Your Sponsorship Helps

Travel Expenses

Support the costs involved before and after the cruise such as airfare, ground transportation, hotel, etc.

Personal Support

Some families may need to bring a trusted care provider with them in order to help ensure the whole family enjoys the cruise.

Activities and Experiences

Some onboard options have added costs, such as renting mobility scooters. Excursions off the boat can be costly, too.
